42. The holder of a licence to keep amphibians and the persons referred to in section 39 may capture the amphibians listed in Schedule I to the Regulation respecting licences to keep animals in captivity (chapter C-61.1, r. 10) at any time of the year, except bullfrogs, northern leopard frogs and green frogs, which may be captured during the period extending from 15 July to 15 November.

Those amphibians may be captured in all fishing and hunting areas except areas 17, 19 northern part, 22, 23 and 24.

Those amphibians may be captured in all fishing and hunting areas except areas 17, 19 northern part, 22, 23 and 24.
